- PROCESSES
- 3D Tube Bending capabilities up to .625 dia.
- Non-contact laser inspection process with closed loop bender correction interface
- Inspection fixture usage and development (functional inspection)
- Silver Brazing of tube ends, clamps, etc.
- X-ray inspection of all joints on fluid carrying aerospace applications or as required by customer
- Pressure Test using helium at 500 psi
- Flaring
- Glass bead blasting for the removal of braze flux residue and to create uniform finish
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Full lot and configuration control to ensure traceability per ISO 7.5.3
